We use CCAvenue payment gateway, the class-leading online payments solution from our payment gateway which is one of the safest and most popular ways to pay online.

We DO NOT store your credit card information. glsbazar does not collect or store your credit card information. Your credit card information is used only by CCAvenue and then by Visa/Mastercard to verify your credentials and authorize your transaction.

You can sign up by clicking on the Sign Up link at the top right corner of the website. Once you sign up, you will be able to track your order status, check the order history, re-order any of the earlier products.

As soon as we receive your order, we send you an email/sms confirming that your order has been placed. Usually you would receive the email within five minutes of placing the order. However, it may take up to an hour in a few rare cases. Your order would normally be delivered within 3-10 business days depending on the location of the delivery address. In rare cases, there might be delays based on unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, will proactively inform you about the delay and updated delivery.

The mode of delivery would be through courier. We have partnered with multiple courier providers for shipment of products and your order may be delivered through any one of them based on your location.

In case of providing a wrong shipping address, please call our Customer Care immediately. If your order has not been shipped, the request for shipping address update can be accommodated easily. In case your order has already been packed and shipped, we will provide all assistance to help get your order to you. Please note that this might cause delay in the delivery time promised by us.

Even though we try our best to ensure on-time delivery, there are certain conditions under which the delivery may get delayed:
  • Incorrect shipping address
  • Incorrect PIN code
  • Nobody available at shipping address
  • Extreme weather conditions
  • Other Force Majeure
We send you a confirmation SMS / E mail once the order is shipped and another SMS / E mail when the order is delivered. In case you want to check the shipment status in-between, you can track your order by logging into your account.
